Miss Crofton Lingerie Spring/Summer 2013

'Delightful Delicacy'

Though today's post is Miss Crofton's first feature on the blog, this indie label is one I've had my eye on for awhile. Founded by Georgia Campbell and based in East London, Miss Crofton offers a fresh, youthful take on lingerie. The silhouettes are simple and uncomplicated, but the lingerie still has that air of specialness about it, a balance that can be hard to achieve. All Miss Crofton lingerie is entirely made by hand, and everything is either limited edition or a one-off design. Bras are available in sizes 32A thru 36DD, and knickers comes in sizes XXS thru XL (approximately 2-12 US).

Stunning lingerie! I love the photos as well.

Some pretty pieces, but I have to agree that the photography style is not selling these pieces to me. I’m intrigued by the “Style Icon” set but can’t see any of it very well!

  3. Gigi says:

I think the lingerie is adorable! Very fun and marketable. I also thing the photos are great, and I don’t particularly find anything ‘odd’ about the setting: a young woman, lounging around her apartment in her cute knickers; I know I’ve done it! Thankfully, the other comments have been all positive in regards to the lingerie, though not the photos, as Cora’s question was ‘what do you think of Miss Crofton?”. And so far we all agree, Miss Crofton Lingerie is lovely!

  4. MJROFL says:

Really like ‘Dottie Darling’ – but I must second and third the other commenters. The photos and poses are just very odd feeling. Not a comment on the model herself, just the style of the photos and even the setting…very odd.

  5. Pretty items someone who does not need support could wear. I haven’t found indie designers who are making items for larger sizes such as 40 D+.

  6. anon says:

I don’t care for the early 90s heroin-chic vibe of the photos – they look like outtakes from an early Fiona Apple video. But the lingerie is cute.

  7. Inez says:

Beautiful lingerie! But someone should tell that model that slouching is a bad habit.
