One thing that surprises a lot of indie designers when they send me an email is that I (as in Cora, the chick who runs TLA) will actually respond. I genuinely love it when smaller brands get in touch with their latest collections, and, in addition to sites like Pinterest, Tumblr, and Twitter, it’s one of the main ways I find out what’s new in the world of lingerie. Shell Belle Couture is a relatively new luxury European label that’s all about bridging the world between the beach and the boudoir. They use extraordinarily luxe fabrics and laces that manage to convey a sense of opulence but are never too formal. This is Lost in Wonderland’s third feature on TLA (we debuted their initial collection here and their S/S 2014 here), and it’s […]
As I’m winding things down towards of the year, this seems like a great opportunity to shine a light on a few recent discoveries I didn’t get a chance to highlight before. One of the things I love about writing The Lingerie Addict is that I’m always ‘discovering’ new brands. The fashion element of undergarments — whether it’s a new range, a new designer, or even a new fabric — […]
Disclosure: With Love Lingerie is an advertiser with The Lingerie Addict. This blog post is editorial and all opinions are my own. With Love Lingerie is a relatively new, Canadian label I only found out about a year ago, but like several other of the independents we’ve covered on TLA this year, I’m intrigued. Their A/W 2013 collection shows a marked difference (and, in my opinion, improvement) over their S/S […]
