Meet Brayola: A Smarter Way to Shop for Bras Online

Disclosure: This article is sponsored by Brayola

Lingerie startups are all the rage right now. Every month it seems there’s a new one, promising to change the way we shop for bras forever. Yet very few companies can deliver on this promise, and eventually they fade away, having made little – if any – impact on the lingerie industry.

Well Brayola is here to change all that. How? By using the kinds of algorithms and product recommendations we already encounter and use everyday – whether it’s shopping for books, food, or even clothing.

Founded in 2013 (although I remember people talking about Brayola as far back as 2012) by a woman, Orit Hashay, Brayola is all about creating a personalized bra shop just for you – for your body type, your size, your preferences and your price point. Think of it as owning your very own bra boutique, curated with perfectly-fitting bras, selected just for you.

Powered by their exclusive Bra Recommendation Engine, Brayola combines your preferences with feedback from bra-wearers all over the world. All you have to do is enter your current favorite bra style and size, and they take care of the rest!

No more spending hours or days trying on style after style after style. Instead, you can simply log into your personal Brayola bra shop and peruse, on your own time and at your own convenience, a selection of top brands and styles organized just for you and in your size. It’s bra shopping made simple.

If you wear a hard-to-find size, don’t worry! While sometimes these new algorithms and bra fit methods leave out people on one end of the size spectrum or the other, Brayola offers bras up to a 58H.

Furthermore, not only do they have an incredible selection of bras, Brayola also carries lingerie (including plus sizes), shapewear, sleepwear, and more. The ultimate goal is all about helping you feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident while buying bras or lingerie online.

Here’s how it works, in three easy steps:

3 Steps to Find Your Perfect Bra

  1. Tell Brayola the brand, size and style of your current favorite bra
  2. Their bra recommendation engine finds the best bras for you
  3. Browse your sizes and styles – all in your personalized Bra Shop

Best of all, if you happen to be reading this right after it’s been published (lucky you!), Brayola has a special 4th of July lingerie sale going on right now. You can save on sports bras, everyday bras, chemises and knickers.

As Hashay says, “Although we like to think we are unique – and we are – some parts of us are similar to other women all around the world. Brayola brings us together, utilizing feedback from other women to help find the perfect bra for you.”

Is Brayola the world’s smartest personal bra shopper? Well, why don’t you give them a try and find out? As always, I like to hand-pick a few products from our sponsors especially for TLA readers. Here’s the best of what Brayola has for you.

All I know about Brayola is their incessant spamming of abrathatfits some years ago… I wonder if they’ve changed much as a company

  2. AE says:

Perhaps because it is a sponsored post there’s no comparison to similar services, but I would certainly be interested in knowing how the quality of recommendation compares to that offered by Bratabase, which is of course more of a user community but which also tries to solve the same problem, from the sounds of it.
