The press release doesn’t quite give any safety precautions of such. However, Bosom Couture says that it is the first product of its kind. So tell us what you think: is this a novel idea or a bad one?

  • Spanx Competitor Hopes Spanx is Ready for War-Five year old body shaper brand Yummie Tummie alleges that Spanx copied several of their camisoles. Through receiving a piece of Spanx, Yummie Tummie’s creator, Heather Thompson, recognized that Spanx may have copied the piece. After contacting Spanx and informing the company that they were infringing on Yummie Tummie’s ideas, they asked Spanx to cease and desist. Spanx asked for time to perform their own due diligence and filed paperwork in the courts claiming that they haven’t infringed on anything. Looks like things may get interesting between the two companies from here on out.
