September means that cooler temperatures are around the corner. As Mother Nature ushers us into fall, that’s a sign for me that it is time to sign up for a race. I’ve never been a fan of summer running, so I eagerly anticipate the cooler weather and those delightful autumn runs in the park. That also means it is time to look for some new sports bras to add to my collection. We full bust ladies are lucky that each year, more and more fashion styles are created in our sizes. No longer are we subject to just black or white styles, or, even more cringe-worthy, having to double up on sports bras to meet the need of fit and fashion.

Here are 7 sports bra styles guaranteed to have you looking good and feeling good as you tackle your fall fitness goals along with me.

    Hi Alexa,
Have you tried the Shock Absorber brand before? It’s a UK based brand with a number of styles and silhouettes.

I know this is an old post, but I was wondering if there are any recommendations for sport bras for women with large and close set boobs? I find that I can only wear plunge bras because the gap between my breasts is too small for any wires/gores to extend upwards (I struggle just fitting the one finger between them without wearing a bra). I also have quite high set boobs, and often have an issue with the bands/wire at the side either coming too far round under my arm or just being too high up under my arm leading to discomfort when trying on.
Are there any sports bras out there which contain a more plunge shape wire in them? I have tried wireless sports bras in the past and have had the same kind of issues even without a wire as they are still based on a more U shaped “wire” design.
So yeah, any recommendations in a UK 32FF would be great (I wear a 32FF in Bravissimo Satine and the Debenhams Gorgeous range of 3-part cup plunge bras when they sell them, haven’t found any other companies which fit as well).
