I bought that garter belt probably like two years ago at full price, and I would've happily paid double for it. It's amazing, industrial strength, holds up stockings all day and all night, and in a pinch if your car breaks down you can use the garters to tow it home. I looooooooooooooove it. (Although, full disclosure, this is the one that's so well-constructed that it sets off metal detectors…some wearer discretion is advised).
