The very lovely Pandora of retro lingerie shoppe, Pandora’s Choice, is sponsoring a contest for my wonderful readers. One of you will be the lucky recipient of two pairs of seamed stockings in the colors nude and black.
To enter, all you have to do is say what item (or items!) from Pandora’s extensive closet you’d wear the stockings with. I’ll select a winner at random two weeks from now on October 10, 2009.

Well, well, well. Hmmm… let me think. I believe i'll start with the crystal devil mask, on top the Angels Carrying Savage Weapons Dolores overbust corset, and on bottom the frilly Knickers. Oooh, that sounds really fun!

I own those gloves, and they are great. Not only do they fit well, they make any outfit 35% classier. Trust me, I've done the math. :-)

I'm loving the Josephine line from WKD. The corsolette in particular, but all of the items are sexy.
Or…the pinup print six strap girdle from Stockings and Romance, with a coordinating bullet bra. Maybe even the padded bullet bra from WKD. Very, very cute.

You don't have to convince me about the sexiness of leopard print, but I think it's wonderful that a lingerie company is recognizing the influence African-American performers like Josephine Baker had on entertainment…even down to today's burlesque artists.
I hadn't heard many comments on the printed lingerie from Stockings & Romance, and I'm glad you reminded me of them. They're the only company I've seen doing "cheeky" lingerie like that.

Oh, I meant to enter this contest long ago but I got so distracted by all the beautiful lingerie options on the site!
I have fallen hard for the fantastic What Katie Did sailor set: the bra, the knickers, and suspender belt. It has such fun detailing, from the stripes, to the buttons, to the stars, and is the perfect mix of retro and (naughty) nautical. I think a pair of the black seamed stockings would offset it perfectly!
